Vietnamese-style spring rolls made my dear Aunty’s way. I think this is one of my favorite meals to have- just sitting with good company making these delicious rolls (that sauceee) and chatting, drinking beer. I can sit there and eat slowly for so long, two, three hours at a time. These are my fondest food memories, every time.
